- 50 mlGin
- 25 mlSweet vermouth
Plus ice.
Bar tools
- Jigger
- Strainer
- Mixing glass
- Bar spoon
No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Gin & It
- Add both to a mixing glass or jug full of ice.
- Stir with a bar spoon for 20 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
