- 50 mlGin
- 15 mlLime juiceSqueeze it fresh. Bottled juice tastes flat. 1 lime gives about 25 ml.
- Top upGinger ale
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Gin Buck
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Pour in the gin and lime juice.
- Top with ginger ale and give it one stir with a bar spoon.
