- 20 mlHot coffee
- 15 mlFresh cream

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Galliano Hot Shot
- Pour the Galliano into a shot glass.
- Pour the hot coffee slowly over the back of a bar spoon.
- Float the cream on top the same way. Drink in one go: cold, hot, cold.
