- 10 mlDry vermouth
- 15 mlOlive brineThe salty liquid from a jar of green olives.
Plus ice.
Bar tools
- Jigger
- Strainer
- Mixing glass
- Bar spoon
No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Dirty Martini
- Put everything in a jug full of ice.
- Stir for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled glass. Vodka works too.
Garnish: Three olives
