Equal parts, perfectly balanced. Meant as a 'pick-me-up', so the name is a joke.

Ingredients
- 25 mlGin
- 25 mlTriple secOrange liqueur. Cointreau is the premium version.
- 25 mlLillet BlancA French wine-based aperitif. Dry vermouth is the closest swap.
- 25 mlLemon juiceSqueeze it fresh. 1 lemon gives about 30 ml.
- 2 dashesAbsinthe (optional)Used as a 'rinse': swirl a few drops inside the glass, then pour it out.
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Corpse Reviver No. 2
- Optional: swirl the absinthe around the inside of the glass, then pour it out.
- Shake the gin, triple sec, Lillet and lemon juice with ice for 12 seconds.
- Strain into the glass.
