- 10 mlMaraschino liqueurA clear cherry liqueur, like Luxardo. Not the red cherry syrup.
- 10 mlLemon juiceSqueeze it fresh. 1 lemon gives about 30 ml.
- 2 dashesAngostura bitters
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Casino
- Add everything to a shaker with ice.
- Shake for 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
